Windows Admin Center – disable WinRM over https

Check the state:

(Get-ItemProperty -path "hklm:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ServerManagementGateway" -name WinRMHTTPS).WinRMHTTPS

Disable it:

Stop-Service -Name ServerManagementGateway

Set-ItemProperty -path "hklm:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ServerManagementGateway" -name WinRMHTTPS -value 0

Start-Service -Name ServerManagementGateway
